	Scotch-Brite 2" & 3" Roloc Surface Conditioning DIsc The 3M Scotch-Brite Roloc Surface Conditioning Disc combines 3M's non-woven disc with the Roloc quick change attachment system for an effect disc that cleans, finished, blend, and deburrs. The non-woven fiber construction conforms well to help preserve irregular or contoured surfaces and the Roloc backing supports the disc for aggressive cutting.
