Made in Germany, these discs are manufactured under the same high standards as our Premier Grind zirconia flap discs. The "V" factor refers to the v-paper/cloth backing which makes ceramic adhere longer and super charges the effectiveness and durability of the flap disc. The "Xtra" refers to a better grade of v-paper used for this flap disc. As these top grade ceramic flaps are used, the ceramic breaks down in such a way to cause a self-sharpening effect. Additionally, the ceramic dissipates heat which helps the disc last longer. These flap discs come in 40, 60 and 80 Grit.
